DEBUNKING THE PALESTINE LIE
Encounter Books 2011 (11.36)
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has launched an international campaign to achieve recognition by the United Nations for an independent Palestinian state. Abbas and his international supporters claim that only Israel (with the United States) stands in the way of this act of historical justice, which would finally bring about peace in the Middle East. This video debunks the Palestinians' claim and shows that Abbas has been lying about the origins and history of the conflict. Palestinian leaders have rejected partition plans that would have given them much more land for their independent state than the Jews were offered for theirs. Rather than being the innocent victims of a "dispossession" at the hands of the Israelis, the Palestinians rejected reasonable compromises and instead pursued their aim of
getting rid of the only Jewish state in the world.

10 MYTHS PREVENTING PEACE
Jerusalem Institute of Justice 2013 (5.45)
The Jerusalem Institute of Justice scripts the Israeli Palestinian conflict which is an often misunderstood political battleground where facts are mixed with opinion, preference, and prejudice. There's so much confusion around the conflict that we want to bring light to what is truth and what is myth. What issues are actually standing in the way of bringing peace between the Israelis and Palestinians? How does their fight over land complicate the conflict? And what role to political leaders like Yasser Arafat and Ehud Barak play along with organizations like UNRWA? These are questions we uncover in these 10 myths that are preventing peace in Palestine and Israel.
ARAB IMMIGRATION TO ISRAEL
Jewishunderground 2009 (8.13)
It makes no sense to accuse the Jews of ''sitting on the Arab land", when thousands of years of research proves the opposite.
Who has not occasionally heard Arabs saying:
"We are born in the country ...
You came to us, we did not come to you.
"the Zionist entity banished a nation that was
living on the land for thousands of years "?
At the center of this propaganda myth is the Palestinians standing presence in consecutive Arabic communities in Israel, compared to a bunch of Colonialist Zionists who came to Israel (Palestine) - in order to steal their land while it sat quietly at peace.

The goal of this presentation is to provide a brief summary for those who don't have the time to go into the deeper details of the conflict, and also for those who see Israel as the warmonger of the Middle East and a cruel aggressor. This presentation was created on a volunteer basis to promote a better understanding of the current situation
in the Middle East.

ARAB AND MUSLIM COUNTRIES
Israel's Foreign Affairs Min. 2017 (3.01)
On June 20th, the world marks 'World Refugee Day', commemorating the strength, courage and perseverance of of refugees. On this day, we remember the 20th-century expulsion of Jews from Arab and Muslim countries. Jewish communities in Arab countries formed a significant part of the Jewish diaspora. From 1920 onward, some 850,000 Jews were expelled from their homes – from Tripoi to Cairo, from Damascus to Baghdad.

THE PLIGHT OF THE PALESTINIAN REFUGEES
Jerusalem U 2015 (113.06)
Different narratives shape different memories of the 1948 War for Israelis and Palestinians. In Israel and among most Jewish communities, the war of 1948 is best known as the War of Independence - it is a day filled with joy, pride and celebration. In the Arab world, and particularly among Palestinians, the war of 1948 is known as al-Nakba (the catastrophe) - it is a day filled with sadness, humiliation and longing. This film tells the story of the war, reveals how so many people became refugees, and speculates on what is perpetuating their suffering today
AFTER 70 YEARS,
WHO ARE THE PALESTINIAN REFUGEES? -
BBC News 2016 (6.14)
Donald Trump says he has a peace plan that will solve the Arab-Israeli conflict for good, he calls it the "deal of the century".
But Palestinian refugees living in neighbouring countries fear they are not going to be part of it – particularly those in Lebanon.
With restricted work and property rights, there are few options for them outside returning home.
So after 70 years of waiting, and four generations, what does it mean now to be a Palestinian refugee?
The BBC’s Paul Adams travelled to Burg Al-Barajneh camp in Beirut to meet them.

HISTORY OF 'PALESTINE'
AND THE 'PALESTINIAN PEOPLE'
Francisco Gil-White
Akileze 2014 (15.1)
This video dispels certain myths concerning
the origin of the name 'Palestine' and of the 'Arab Palestinians.'
'Arab Palestinians' are mostly from other places,
and migrated to what is now Israel at the same time
as the Zionist Jews, many because of the economic boom
the Zionist Jews produced
The Zionist Jews did not steal the "best" land from Arab landowners but purchased abandoned desert and swamp land from absentee Arab landlords who were eager to sell for very high prices.
This was explained by Hajj Amin al Husseini himself.
Husseini, father of the Palestinian movement,
launched his fourth terrorist attack against the Jews of the Mandate
in 1936-39.
The violence was so great that the British
sent a team to investigate.
When questioned, Husseini admitted that the Zionist Jews had not stolen anybody's land but had bought it.
Husseini had been among the major consolidators
and sellers of land, and grew tremendously rich by it.
